  Patrick always goes above and beyond. He does his job efficiently and professionally at all times. He’s able to multitask extremely well and stays composed throughout the entire process even if it’s a lot of work to get done while on the phone. Great customer service to say the least and more companies should be so lucky to have employees like him.

  Today, I called around looking for a better insurance quote than the one I currently have. Because of my driving record, I wasn’t able to get a lower rate. However, Vanessa took the time to explain why and gave me valuable advice on how I can improve both my driving record and my future insurance rates. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and had a wonderful attitude throughout the entire conversation. Her customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated her willingness to help. I’ll definitely be back to work with Vanessa once my driving record improves so I can get a better quote. Thank you again for the excellent service!
