  Today, I called around looking for a better insurance quote than the one I currently have. Because of my driving record, I wasn’t able to get a lower rate. However, Vanessa took the time to explain why and gave me valuable advice on how I can improve both my driving record and my future insurance rates. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and had a wonderful attitude throughout the entire conversation. Her customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated her willingness to help. I’ll definitely be back to work with Vanessa once my driving record improves so I can get a better quote. Thank you again for the excellent service!
