  DRIVER LEANDIS LIED 8/12/2026 ABOUT DELIEVEING MY PACKAGE in the borough park area. FUNNY I ANTICIPATED THIS HAPPENING, bc they didn’t deliver it the day before. Contacted customer service of course they have 0 direct communication to their locations and drivers - but said oh well there is one more delivery attempt. You could also release the signature to make it easier. Why would I trust that? It’s a $900 monitor & I took off to receive my package - I WOULD EXPECT IT WOULD BE DELIEVRED AND NOT A DRIVER TAKING A FAKE PHOTO OF MY BUILDING DOOR AND WALKING TO HIS NEXT ROUTE WITHOUT EVEN TRYING MY BUZZER. I CANT STAND THESE FOLKS - I HATE WHENEVER I SEE THEM POP UP AS THE SHIPPER ON A PACKAGE.

  Avoid at all costs. Came here to pick up a package for my girlfriend. I had a utility bill and my gov id for pick up. The wouldn’t give me the package. Had the receipt for the gift and they didn’t care

  Extremely disappointing experience with FedEx. My package was marked as “delivered,” but it was never actually received. No one called my phone, no attempt was made to ring the building bell, and there was no proper notification or confirmation of delivery. It feels like the package was falsely marked as delivered without any real effort to ensure it reached the correct recipient. I’m not under the impression that the driver is a thief. I checked thoroughly and still have no idea where my item ended up. For a service that handles important deliveries, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I expected at least basic verification before marking something as delivered, especially in a building where access is required. Also no attempt for contact or a photo was taken what so ever. I’m now left dealing with the stress of a missing item and the inconvenience of trying to track down what happened. I really hope this gets addressed so it doesn’t happen to others. IF THIS ISSUE ISNT RESOLVE LEGAL MEASURES WILL BE ASSURED
