  FedEx is completely useless makes no effort to get into the building and wastes their own time taking weeks to get packages to people. Usps seem to have none of the same issues

  I see mixed reviews here, but my experience was first rate. I was helped - greatly - by Aaron - with my FedEx shipment which was a set of very important real estate documents which also required a pre-paid return envelope. He set me up at the computer, showed me where to start with the forms and was available whenever I hit a snag to guide me along, and also told me at what point to stop with the field on the computer whereupon he took over with printing labels etc - a seamless process, and he was friendly and polite and helpful throughout. Can't ask for more, really. A second employee came out when I hit a snag to sort it out, and there were no other issues with the visit. I'd happily come again anytime (if you got on Dec. 16, like anywhere you'd have to tailor your expectations!). Not sure who the complainers dealt with at this branch but I had only the best possible experience.

  They only print 11x17 if you send an email to a FedEx account, they say it takes 5 minutes to get the code back. Not true- sent 3 emails never received the code. The two women who worked there didn’t even acknowledge questions let alone tried to help. I asked if I can send it directly to one of them they said no. Incredibly rude, why are they even there?

  Super nice customer service. Came in with a print order for a same day printing and they gave me a sample and were very helpful. Highly recommend this store! Thank you Zalika and Shevorn !
