  I had the great experience of encountering a lovely young man manning the desk at this FedEx location. I was shipping a rather old, quite old, mandolin. This young man, whose name I failed to record although he was wearing a name tag, was highly professional, polite, efficient and took great pains to treat this mandolin with care. He deserves recognition. Thank you, FedEx.
