  I shipped a box of personal items with you from NY and it was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago!!!! After calling FedEx and them promising that it will arrive soon they said it's lost today. No explanation no nothing Contacting support is impossible YOU ARE A SHAME OF A COMPANY!

  I had the great opportunity to work with Carrey today, as she was filling in at the Fed Ex location on Atlantic Ave in Boerum Hill. We ran into more than a few roadblocks on a package I was sending internationally. Carrey thoughtfully, and patiently worked with me for a positive outcome---and let me tell you it was not easy to navigate. Yet, she persevered and stayed IN it with me, until she figured it out. This kind of customer service is exceptional- Carrey made me feel supported and confident in shipping this package. Well done Carrey and thank you!!

  Please give Darnell a promotion! He’s an angel on earth. I was having the worst day of my life, going around all the stores in the area to find a large enough package to ship while it was raining. He was so kind and professional with me. Went above and beyond helping me even though he didn’t really have to. I almost felt like crying cause of how overwhelming and stressful it had been. I pray he stays safe, healthy, and gets everything he desires in life :)
