Amy the lady at system, she is very rude to clients and when I asked her 3 4 times to help me, she made a bad face and giving me excuses to do it by own saying that she can’t help. She was not helpful and don’t know how to help their clients. She don’t know how to work in customer service.
I rarely leave reviews but i think this time the way she disrespected and treated to her customer at her job forced me to leave a review, so other customers won’t have to face the same situation and waste their precious more than 2 hours just to ship just because staff was not helpful.
I don’t want her to give any hard time but just she needs to be polite with clients and should be helpful as she’s working in customer service.
But finally, at end Deshwan (assistant manager) helped me.

I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Oliver at a FedEx location recently. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing to scan important documents, but the self-service machine kept malfunctioning and I also ran into Dropbox login/cache issues, forcing me to restart the process multiple times. Some of my documents even became damaged from repeatedly rescanning them.
Instead of offering help or patience, Oliver told me that once the driver returned, he would have to “kick me out” even if I wasn’t finished. The interaction made me feel rushed, anxious, and unwelcome. At no point was any assistance offered despite the technical problems.
I completely understand closing procedures need to happen on time, but customers should still be treated with professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving without successfully scanning my documents because of how uncomfortable the situation became.
