I just got my new phone today and the guys there are awesome, very friendly and very helpful, I went to another location on avenue U and was disappointed, these people are incredibly nice and knowledgeable, I highly recommend them

Got my Motorola a while ago. It was from 2021. Came to check my data. The worker was nice and offered me new MOTO RAZR 2024. I got very excited. He switched my data for me. Left very happy. Life is good.

I was told I have to purchase a case and screen protector if I wanted to purchase an iPhone 6S, they literally refused to sell me just the phone, ridiculous!
