  First off, I would love to give a shout out to the girls who work at the flag store by the Williamsburg location today. This girl who took great care of me who's named Emily?or Sunny?, I completely forgot her name since we spent a length of time learning about the brand of their products, However she mention she began to join the company for about 2 weeks. I loved her being extremely informative and she was so patient with me of the body mist I have been searching for, I enjoyed so much of my visit today and she has no hesitation to allow me spray some on my elbow whether I liked it on or not at the store, Afterwards I got to take a walk outside for about an hour or so then came home to feel it on me. I have tried a variety brands of body mists and I admitted I have a particular personal preference to layer with my choice of perfume. Therefore, I appreciate how helpful she was with me and she listened to my concern today. I'm definitely going back to buy it from her. *I wish Byredo can release more than 1 scent of body mist in the future.

  Emma was such a delight! She was incredibly helpful and patiently explained the different notes and new products from Byredo. Definitely enjoyed my visit!

  I visited Byredo while searching for a new fragrance. I personally like to step outside and smell scents in fresh air before committing—it just gives a clearer sense of how a fragrance truly wears. After testing a few options, we asked about samples. The sales associate responded that she was “out of almost all samples,” but didn’t offer any alternatives or further guidance. We continued browsing, and shortly after, another customer came in and asked the same question. This time, when the customer followed up with “which ones do you have?”, the associate listed a few available options. I overheard and requested one, which was given, though somewhat hesitantly. Thankfully, Monica then stepped in and completely shifted the experience. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate—walking us through the fragrances, offering samples generously, and even sharing details about a new scent launching next week. Her level of service was thoughtful and elevated, exactly what you’d hope for in a brand like Byredo. I understand associates may feel fatigued by frequent sample requests, but small gestures like this truly make a difference. In fact, I ended up ordering “Eyes Closed” as soon as I got home—proof that a few samples can leave a lasting impression. Monica is a standout and a true asset to the brand.

  The scents at this store are absolutely wonderful. Body perfume, incense, hand wash, lotions and candles each smelling better than the next. Salesperson Troy is delightful.
