  The salesperson was extremely rude and disrespectful toward us. He spoke and behaved in a way that made us feel looked down upon and treated as though he was above us. His attitude was arrogant, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I have visited this store several times, and I have noticed that there are often very few customers inside. My husband loves the brand and usually we shop together and we know what we buy,this time we purchased for a gift to someone so we’re not sure regarding size.We hoped at least we could change to different size. We were wrong !!!! The tag somehow came out but you could clearly see it’s brand new.You know how their tags connected.I understand it’s policy,he could be right but the way he talked is unfair. He literally said that your time out,leave.I never felt that way in my life, like I’m stealing from him. We used to spend hundreds here,not anymore.After this experience, I can understand why customers may choose to shop elsewhere. Customer service and the way customers are treated can make a significant difference in whether they want to return. I believe customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect. I would appreciate it if management would look into this incident and address the employee’s behavior appropriately. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure customers receive a more welcoming and respectful experience in the future.

  am a regular customer of Armani Exchange, but my visit today was extremely disappointing. We came to the store with our 3-year-old child. While my husband was choosing clothes, our child was calmly playing nearby under our supervision and was not disturbing anyone. One of the employees — a tall man wearing glasses — spoke to my child in a very rude manner. What is even more unacceptable is that he showed his middle finger to a three-year-old girl. When my husband approached him to understand what the issue was, instead of explaining the situation professionally, the employee started arguing with him. After that, he mocked my husband together with a female colleague. To make matters worse, another man who was standing at the entrance (apparently a security guard) forced us to leave the store while also making offensive gestures, including showing his middle finger. I want to emphasize that my child was under our supervision and did nothing inappropriate. Even if there had been any concerns, employees are expected to act professionally and respectfully — especially when dealing with a small child. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service and treatment. I intend to pursue this matter further and will continue to leave reviews on multiple platforms until this situation is properly addressed.
