  Hands down the best insurance experience I’ve ever had. Alen is the best person and kindest person in the world you will ever meet. This Allstate team genuinely cares about helping people, not even making a sale probably only insurance company in the world that only cares about helping people instead of being evil scammers. They actually take the time to understand your situation, explain your options, and find ways to save you money without sacrificing the coverage you need. Ratul especially has been amazing. He is patient, knowledgeable, honest, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. You can tell he genuinely wants to help people and make sure they’re taken care of. No pressure, no upselling even just great service and real raw effort to get you the best possible value only the customer's best interest in mind. If you’re looking for an insurance agency that actually treats you like a person instead of a dollar sign, this is the place. Ratul has been the man since birth. 11/10 or 6 star experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

  I called Mr. Kohanbash, as I have been searching for a new company to handle my home and auto insurance needs. Mr. Kohanbash reviewed my old company policies and presented me with proposed new policies that he felt more accurately meet my actual needs. He took the time to explain to me why the proposals he offered were best suited for my needs. He was most courteous and professional in answering all my questions and made me feel that accepting his proposals will lead to a productive long term relationship with All State Insurance and Mr. Kohanbash.

  My experience with Alen has been truly stellar! 1. He is highly responsive and communicative, explaining everything and available whatever hours we need him 2. He is honest and straightforward, courteous and reliable, delivering everything exactly as promised 3. He saved us a ton of money AND gave us a much better policy coverage Alen is brilliant at insurance, honest, and cares about saving you money (while other companies have become exorbitant) I would highly recommend working with him!
