  Honestly done with Advance Auto, especially this location. Terrible workers- lazy and just rude. Needed to purchase a headlight bulb. In the past I’ve purchased them before from here. I ask the gentleman to pull up my account to look which one I’ve purchased previously. Gives me a hard time says give me the car make and I said I want to purchase the same ones can we look it up. He finally looks up my account and goes to grabs it. He rings it up without saying a price or anything goes you can tap here. So I ask to take a look and I check online and it’s $20 cheaper on Amazon. So I ask in past they have priced matched for me. He said he sees on my account they have but it’s no longer a thing they do. He says I can order on the app and wait 20-30 mins if I want it cheaper. The advance auto app has it $10 cheaper than in store. Won’t price match the company’s app either. Next day shipping from Amazon it is. I try to support in person stores as much as I can but this is why companies are losing business. Terrible service and terrible policies. Amazon and Rockauto it is moving forward!

  Went to buy a set of wheel locks but I wasn’t sure if it would fit - they said I can try it on and if doesn’t fit right I can bring it back and return it no problem. Tried returning a few days later and said nope we can’t do that and said they never said I can return it. Guess you always have to record these interactions - not right and will def not return to Advanced Auto Parts.
