  Super unprofessional took 2 1/2 hours just to replace two tires, make me wait forever. From the beginning, I told the manager I just needed to put the tires and that was it. When I asked him after like an hour and a half what was going on? He was telling me that the balancing was taking the time., I told him I had no interest in balancing the tires since they’ve been balanced several hours before I arrived he gave me the attitude . Very unpleasant place to be. Everybody works so slowly just go somewhere else. Those are crazy man.

  I called them for help, but unfortunately the customer service was very disrespectful and unprofessional. They were not willing to help or even properly listen to my issue, and they hung up on me. Very disappointing experience.

  When you called those people they not take a serious. They be funny and hang up the phone. I called three times and I explained the issue to another percent. I say one of your agents they hang up the phone for no reason and I can same thing you hang up the phone I called third time I asked for the bus no I don’t know who it was boss or one of the agents they keep me on hold and hang up. The phone is really bad. Worst store. The worker is the worst.
