  food is really subpar. it was lacking flavor, the chicken was not crispy at all, was more of a soggy mess. the cashier/manager was extremely rude, witnessed her be so disrespectful towards a gentleman who had ordered food and needed to use the restroom. establishment was dirty, full of young adults and kids loitering after school, they weren’t eating or ordering just running in and out screaming. hope it gets better soon in there, it’s giving wingstop a bad rep ):

  They skimming on the fries first off does this look like a large fry ? This wing stop changed the staff and everything went down hill after they need to bring the black girls back. The food is gross now the chicken was not fully cooked and they mixed my flavor so spicy things got on chicken i didnt ask for. Worst part my estimated time was between 10-15 mins i didnt get my food until an hour later and they robbed me for my ranch i ordered a large they gsve me some small ones thats not professional at all im done with this location they dont even have a process to get a refund

  I was waiting with my boyfriend tonight around 9:50 to order food while one customer also waited behind us in line to order as well. The employees had been ignoring us for quite a while (didn’t even acknowledge us whatsoever), so the customer behind us spoke up and asked them if we could all get some service. One of the employees proceeded to tell him no, to order online, and asked “can’t you see I’m busy?” And continued to argue with the customer before that customer left, my boyfriend and I leaving quickly after him because that was absolutely unacceptable customer service.

  The Btm wingstop is hands down the best wingstop in new york and the tri state area 💯. They cook there food to perfection and the manager is very professional and tends to the customer needs. They girls at the register are also very kind and helpful they always get the orders correctly and even though its a extremely busy location because again it is THE BEST WINGSTOP NYC has to offer they always manage to get your order done the fastest they can. If you go to any other wingstop you will not receive the same service but even worst the food will be greasy and not a good representation of the wing stop experience.

  I ordered Uber eats from here twice because of the consistency and the way they perfectly season and cook the food. Whoevers on the kitchen team. Round of applause. EDIT: I Don't know what happened tonight man but I was disappointed in what I received. When I got my food the bag was leaking with oil the dessert I ordered was soaked in oil and my wings were drenched in seasoning on one side and not on the other. It was overly seasoned and salty. It's a hit or miss experience now. No shade to the cooks but please be more consistent.
