  I order online 20 wings and 2 sandwiches. I when i pick up my order and when home i so it only 2 sandwiches. I went back they telling me is inside.they didn't care at all nobody. 20 dollars went in garbage. No refund no wings.thanks guys you are the worst guys

  I really don't understand how this place is still in business. There is never anyone at the front register. Tonight, I walked in, saw an employee all the way in the back, and they didn't say anything,no greeting or anything. After about a minute, another employee came from the back while looking at their phone, then stopped to talk to the first employee. After watching them talk for another minute, I just left. ImI have ordered ahead and arrived 20 minutes after the pickup time, and my sandwich still wasn't ready. Amother customer complained that sge spent her entire meal break waiting for her sandwich. They should have an undercover boss come in there. Maybe the employees will get their act together.

  On Wednesday, May 6, between approximately 12:10 AM and 1:00 AM, I was harassed by an employee described as a tall black male. I do not know his name, but the behavior was completely unprovoked. He used aggressive and inappropriate language, including slang and remarks that made me feel targeted and unsafe. I respectfully request that management review the CCTV footage from that date and time to identify the individual and take appropriate action. I strongly believe that the incident involved discriminatory behavior, as I felt I was targeted because of my asian background. Such conduct is unacceptable, and I hope necessary steps will be taken to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
