Devonte at Wingstop was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding. I had an issue with my order, and he helped me within seconds. He clearly explained everything and even offered solutions right away, including a redelivery or a refund.
I’ve had issues with Wingstop before, but Devonte truly stood out because he genuinely tried to help and made the experience much better. His tone of voice was calm, respectful, and professional — no attitude or slick comments at all.
You guys really need to acknowledge him for the amazing customer service he provides. Employees like Devonte make a huge difference. Thank you so much, Devonte!

Worst experience at Wingstop. As soon as I walked in, the whole place smelled bad and nobody even acknowledged me for almost 20 minutes. The workers were standing around with bad attitudes acting like customers were bothering them. When someone finally came over, all they said was “order online” without explaining anything or trying to help. The customer service was terrible, the atmosphere was nasty, and the employees were rude the entire time. I left right away and definitely won’t be coming back.

This location repeatedly refuses to prepare orders placed by delivery apps. Happened to me on two separate nights days apart. First they just refused because it was within an hour of closing time. The second time the lied to the drivers about the kitchen not working.
This location is a joke.

Went in to order I seen both workers preparing orders so I was patient even after they seen me standing without acknowledging or greeting me. 5 minutes later the worker asks pickup, I say no, I would like to order. He states he is to busy so I need to go order online while I watched him stand there looking at a screen for 1 min which would’ve been enough time to take my order. The other worker then noticed and asked me to give him 2 mins but by that time my tastebuds had already moved on due to poor customer service
