My DoorDash order got stolen, and honestly I was pretty annoyed, but Rebecca completely turned the experience around. She was super sweet, helpful, and genuinely seemed like she cared about making things right. When I finally got my food, she had even written “sorry” with a little heart on the bag, which was such a thoughtful touch yall need to give shorty a raise fr bc whatever yall paying her isn’t enough.

Food was fresh and hot anytime I order food or dine in, staff feels like family. I recommend it to my uncle and we ordered in and they were fast and efficient the food was great!

If I could give negative stars I would especially in customer service. It’s 10:32pm ain’t nobody there and I’ll bet my bottom dollar they ain’t got much in orders yet DON puts me on hold because his manager is scary to get on the phone and refund me my money. I will not be ordering ever again from here.

Still waiting on my refund. They also don’t like to identify themselves when you call to be slick, and the managers don’t like getting on the phone neither. I will be contacting corporate. I record all calls anyways.
