  After reading reviews, I was scared to come in but ! The guy at the register was attentive and really nice! Service was timely and food is perfect! Place was also very clean and it was a totally different experience from the bad reviews! I recommend! Came in around 2:45 am and would come again!

  My 13-year-old son went to this Wingstop to pick up an Uber Eats order that had already been paid for. He showed the employee the order confirmation and receipt on the phone, but the employee was extremely rude and refused to give him his food. The first order was $16.97 and shows as completed, even though my son never received it. Because he still needed to eat, I was forced to place a brand-new delivery order for the same meal and pay another $21.27. Altogether, I spent $38.24 for one meal because of how this employee handled the situation. I don’t understand why she made this so difficult or seemed to take it personally, especially when dealing with a 13-year-old child who had clear proof of the order. Management needs to investigate what happened, address this employee’s behavior, and refund the $16.97 order that was never given to my son. This was completely unacceptable and very disappointing customer service.

  Ok I went to this store I went and sit down then I was looking the promotions . Than the employee tell me what I want than I told the employee gimme a moment I’m gonna see what I’m gonna get . Than I saw the menu I wanted the 3 piece tenders the employee took my order. Than the manager comes out of the bathroom with the phone and the food was almost ready .than the employee told me what soda you want I told the employee let me get a coke . The manager than shows an attitude, than I ask her can I get a thing so you can close my soda than she was like refusing gimme to me, but she did . Than I ask her can I get thing so you can close my bag because I was on the bike she refuse it than she was we’re not supposed to give it to you , but my question is why not ? If im the customer you working. Than she came with an attitude, and change my mind I told the manager since you being with an attitude and that’s not customer service because I didn’t like it she say I’m not going to give you my money and I was talking calm . Anyways I work at McDonalds as cashier as I told the manager and I’m not with an attitude because I don’t care if you have problems with another people around you, but that’s you own problem same as me I have family problems, but that’s personal . When you working you always need to show a smile to the customer not a attitude . I don’t think she deserves to be a manager and also if you working you’re not supposed to use your phone and being in a call . and at the end she throws the food in the floor . Never coming here again. no !!!!this happen today September 1 around 11 AM

  I have seen employee deny bathroom to police officers who are sacrificing their life for others saying staff only. They are really desperate and morally unsuited.

  Extremely unsatisfied!!! To order food in person and ask for something specific just not to be listened too is absolutely insane wingstop on 3rd ave just hires anyone I see
