  Placed an order for delivery to celebrate my groups work, and the store manager Victoria was amazingly patient and kind navigating placing an order for a tax exempt org, and even personally delivered. Above and beyond great service, strnegthening ties in Co-Op City.

  I had an issue with my order through the app, and the manager and staff at Wingstop went above and beyond to help me. They were kind, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service from the entire team. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  In what universe is this the mild buffalo flavor?! I was sent these greasy unidentifiable wings instead of what I ordered. I am so livid. Called the store number only to be put on hold music for 30 minutes and never speak to a store employee. My order is wrong and I can’t even fix it! On top of it the garlic wings are small burnt and dry. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this wingstop.
