  The location is very much out of my way but is less cluttered and grants swift open and shut service in comparison to other locations. That said, they may need to sit down with staff in terms of customer service. How is it that I can go into any PostNet ask a bunch of college level kids for a "medium box" or a box of any size for that matter, are gonna get what I'm asking for and pull up whatever they got but the grown adult in the UPS store is gonna cop an attitude about dimensions? And no, 20x20xAnything is never a good example. That's a large. I speak in a low voice that doesn’t mean I'm gonna take your garbage.

  Yesterday I walked in the store under a lot of pressure to make copies for an event I was attending. The sales clerk Michael help me so much however he was pulled by the owner/manager whoever he was for direction with the technical things in the store. This took Michael away from attending to me like he should have. I asked him was he the manager he said no I told him he should be because he knew everything and it seems like whoever's in charge they don't know nothing. So big shout out to Michael keep doing what you doing I hope they give you a raise and a promotion

  The customer service is exceptional, the store is very clean, they createdsome business cards for me and i must say I'm very pleased. I Only wish they were open earlier especially on the weekends.
