  Workers need to wear there hair net properly found a long brown string hair rolled up on top of my sandwich today and it ain’t mine I don’t have hair on top of my head I’m bald

  The service is always good and the young ladies are very sweet and welcoming. I must be honest here as for as The food The lettuce /tomatoes always look not fresh the bread not as fresh overall the cleanness doesn't look the best . Please do better

  The girl working there literally looked like she just woke up. The doorbell had to ring twice before she came out and she her eyes/face looked like she was knocked out. Her shirt was extremely dirty. No hair cover. Anyway, they have an advertisement for $3.99 six inch sandwiches and add $3 to make it a footlong. I said “I want two of each sandwich advertised but make them footlongs.” She was not aware of the +$3 to make it a footlong. Then she tried to say they ALL didn’t come with cheese, and she had such a bad attitude. I was like “what do you mean? the pictures have cheese,” she goes well the recipe says “lettuce, tomato, and mayo.” I said “I want what’s advertised.” She literally goes, “that doesn’t matter. They don’t come with cheese.” My husband tried to show her a picture of the advertisement ON THE FRONT WINDOW, but she didn’t want to look at it. She read the recipes again and realized she was wrong. She then goes so “you want 8 six inch sandwiches so 4 footlong sandwiches.” I said, “no…I want 8 footlong sandwiches…two of each.” She goes, “but they come as six inches.” I was like “I can upgrade for $3. I want 8 FOOTLONG sandwiches. Two spicy pepperoni. Two ham & salami. Two BLT. Two cold cut trios.” Then she sighed and with an attitude goes, “what kind of bread?” I don’t know why it was not registering for her, but she had one thing in her head and saying anything different was not processing. Poor customer service.

  got the meatball sub and it was pretty good! came warm and fresh from uber eats, even had a cheese pull
