No good they don’t honor online rewards.. have a free footlong and they Cancle the talk about owner said no good bad for business
They cancel online orders as soon as they see you're using a promo. Very rude employee.

if I could give this place half a star, I would
I ordered online because they had the seven dollar foot-long deal
On my way there I found out my order is canceled, but I’m already in the store so I walk in and tell them I placed an order for pick up .
I see them with receipt in hand telling me they don’t do that here.
What good is my receipt then if it’s in their hand ?
Very disappointed, and on top of that, they’re not losing money I don’t know why it was so hard to honor subway’s code on their app

I used this location for the first time on 2/4/2026, and the very same day, as well as next day I started to get fraud Alerts on a newly activated card, this location has a card reader that either they are aware of or not aware of but they seemed shady when I was there.
Worst Subway in NYC they charged me $20 for a foot long, charged me $3 extra when I asked for one more slice of cheese. DO NOT eat here go to a bodega nearby and you will get a far better sandwich for 5-6 bucks.
