  Workers there are HORRIBLE — I cannot stress this enough. I went there while near the park looking for a quick bite, but the staff needs to be replaced immediately. First red flag: they do not switch gloves between orders. They also touch their phones while wearing gloves, which is completely unsanitary. On top of that, the customer service is awful. They work incredibly slowly even when it’s not busy, ignore customer requests, and don’t even make the sandwiches properly. The overall attitude from the staff is disrespectful and unprofessional. Please do not come here. I will only return if they change management or hire an entirely new staff team.

  Spent $11 on a footlong just for them to barely put ingredients in it. Then they wanna tell me its $1.50 to put extra and they were slow making my food. Worst subway ever been to

  “One staff member is new and clearly needs more training—she wasn’t wearing a mask. Another staff member also wasn’t wearing gloves while demonstrating how to fold the sandwich.

  There is a lady that worked at 12:08pm today and I understand that she is working in 2 orders but it’s taking her twice as long to make 1 order. I’ve been here for 15 minutes and she hasn’t even started my order. Plus there is only 2 order that were online and she hasn’t even started in mine. If I see her making food I will ask that someone else make it because it takes forever for her to make my food. I even ordered 5-10 in advance.
