  I had an excellent experience at this FedEx location yesterday, September 8, around 7:30 PM. Victor and the security staff member working at that time were extremely helpful, patient, and professional. I was shipping a very important package containing sensitive documents, so I was concerned about making sure everything was packaged and handled properly. They both took the time to help me, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable before leaving. What stood out to me most was that they went far beyond what I would normally expect from their positions — honestly, probably beyond what they are even paid to do. They treated my concern as if it genuinely mattered to them, and that kind of customer service is rare. I really appreciated their kindness, attention, and willingness to help. Victor and the security staff member working that evening absolutely deserve recognition. Thank you both for making a stressful situation so much easier.

  I don't know what is happening today but Noone is at front desk and I'm here waiting for more than 30 min l, the first person is waiting here for 54 min

  A bit of a wait for a return item. The lady at the counter seemed tired elderly who should not be working there.
