  One of those, if I could rate less I would. This location is the epitome of lack of care, consideration, urgency, and respect. Spent over an hour just to pick up a package. Had every piece of required information ready to go, yet with only one worker on site and choosing to perform each task at a pace indicative of someone who hates their job, what could’ve been a quick in and out was exasperated for every single customer. I pray I never come across this facility again.

  Pagué $67 por una entrega garantizada antes de las 12:00 p. m., y nunca llegó a tiempo. El repartidor ni siquiera intentó entregar el paquete en mi apartamento; simplemente dejó un aviso en la planta baja. Perdí una cita médica importante y tuve que pagar un taxi para ir a recoger el paquete yo mismo. El servicio de atención al cliente también fue muy poco profesional y mostró una mala actitud. Una experiencia terrible

  It’s tucked away in the middle of nowhere, and you can tell hardly anyone goes there. The staff weren’t even at the front—they were in the back hanging out. I waited so long I ended up sitting down. At one point, someone poked their head out, didn’t notice me, and went right back. Security eventually had to go get them and let them know they actually had customers.
