  This is the worst FedEx location among all the locations in NY. The staff and the carriers/ drivers/ mailers are rude, LIARS, dishonest, lazy and unprofessional. They never deliver on time. The carriers do not even bother to come to your apartment building at all. They just update the system that they tried to deliver but nobody was at home. So, you waited the whole day for them to deliver but the last moment the carriers/ drivers just update the tracking that nobody was home. They do not even leave any door tag because they never bothered to get off their delivery trucks. I am suffering for past five years because of their incompetence. I work from home so I am at home all the time. Thus, I know they never tired to deliver. I have been complaining but nobody listens at the management level.

  Let me tell you about my latest shipment with FedEx. I ordered a part from Walmart.com. The parts where supposed to be sent to Newburg, PA. They shipped from Bronx,NY and the next stop was Arizona then New Mexico then Missouri then Ohio then Hagerstown, MD and finally 7 days later it arrives. It was scheduled to arrive here on the 11th. They just kept sending me delayed notices. What kind of shipping route from NY to PA goes to 5 other states first. I don't think that is a very good way to treat a paying customer. The name Fed Ex is Fed Slow. If I could get another shipper I would never use Fed Ex. Terrible service. Why can't they just tell me the truth? They made a mistake and shipped the package across the country. That is what a trustworthy company would do. Do you think this may have been run over?

  The worst of the worst service !the Spanish men it's the worst the Spanish dispatchers it's always taking forever to take care business ! Come on FedEx l do ship every day so please be more serious with your customer ! By hiring professional workers !!! Not the ones you have on this location !!! I give them 00000

  Where should you locate the place and go through the checkpoint kind of have to figure out exactly ladies and the way you can park. There's lots of vehicles and trucks around. Services fast and the people that worked for FedEx was very polite and helpful. We got in and out quickly. Now that I know where it is I'll be going there more often. Thanks again FedEx
