FedEx is a joke. I order something and no new updates for a whole week. Their AI over the phone is useless and honestly FedEx is probably the worst shipping company out there.
I had a great experience here when signing up! The service was fast and they answered all of my question.

Was returning stuff to Amazon you know they send the bar code found it the woman waited patiently for me had three items no problem gave me a smile then I asked what bus runs she told me wonderful thanks she's a keeper

I had the best experience at this FedEx location this A.M! I came in with a prepaid box to handle a return, and Yasmani was absolutely incredible. He was so kind, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. 💯
Customer Service Experience: 🏆
Yasmani went above and beyond—he actually helped me pack everything up in the box (basically did it for me, LOL!). He had such a friendly demeanor and a great personality that he actually made this rainy, cold Friday morning seem not so bad. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care!
Store Environment 🏬
The store itself was immaculate. It was super clean, organized, warm, and clearly well taken care of. The "energy" of the space was great, which made the visit even more pleasant.
