I visited this located with my friend who is hearing impaired and had a bit of a complicated problem. The representative Yandra was amazing and extremely helpful. She was so so so patient, listened attentively and was determined to find a solution to the problem which she did. My friend needs to come back tomorrow to finish the process which Yandra committed to. Very refreshing to experience someone who really cares enough to help.

The guy in the store helped my daughter find the easiest, cheapest way to replace her lost phone. He even set up the SIM card so all she would need to do was pop it in her new phone she was getting from somewhere else.
