  I visited this located with my friend who is hearing impaired and had a bit of a complicated problem. The representative Yandra was amazing and extremely helpful. She was so so so patient, listened attentively and was determined to find a solution to the problem which she did. My friend needs to come back tomorrow to finish the process which Yandra committed to. Very refreshing to experience someone who really cares enough to help.

  A couple of weeks ago, my brother Billie went to the store and was assisted by a red-haired girl named Samantha. She took the time to explain a promotion, helped him purchase an iPhone and AirPods at an amazing price, and patiently showed him how to use everything. She even helped him create his iCloud, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. It was truly a great experience. Her customer service was excellent, and I will definitely be going back to her again for both myself and my brother. Highly recommend!
