  I had a very disappointing experience returning an Amazon package. The return instructions clearly stated to bring the item back in its original box, which I did, with the return label attached. When I arrived, the manager immediately started raising her voice and insisting that the item needed to be in a box. I calmly explained multiple times that it was the original box the item was shipped in. Instead of listening, she continued yelling at me. When I asked for my package back, she kept shouting and was extremely unprofessional. After leaving, I called the store back to speak with a manager about the situation. To my surprise, the same employee began yelling and swearing at me over the phone. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by someone in a customer service position. I was completely embarrassed and mortified by the way I was treated, both in front of a store full of customers and during the phone call. No customer should ever be spoken to in that manner. Professionalism and basic respect were completely lacking. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

  It was late, I was in a hurry, and I was a little stressed. I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude! Everything went quickly and I was out in just a couple of minutes. That Works for me!

  Shelly, the employee who helped me Sunday was amazing! She was there alone, and it was amazing to watch her multi task so every customer was there for the shortest amount of time possible. Not only was she fast, but also made me feel like she had time to help me make sure my fax and scanned documents were correct. Shelly deserves a raise!
