  The manager is very rude and unhelpful. He doesn't have the knowledge and experience to manage this store. All he does is be rude to the customer.

  Worst UPS ever!! This UPS location consistently has long lines, especially during peak hours, and it’s clear the store is not managed well. When I raised a concern, the manager responded rudely and said employees are “allowed to have lunch,” even though the line was out the door. This is a daily problem, and better training and leadership are definitely needed. Needs better management. Again, WORST UPS ever!!!

  Extremely unhelpful. This is listed as a “happy return location” on azazie.com and the staff said that they are aware yet they looked at me like I had three heads when I asked how to go about the return. They said that the label provided by azazie.com was for FedEx, which I understand but they deadpan stared at me when I asked how do people go about using the happy return system. I asked what the label was supposed to look like, no answer. Literally looked at me like I was insane. If you have a “happy return”, just go to FedEx
