  Not sure why they have any bad reviews, but I can only speak on my personal experiences; it's a very convenient and accessible location. The employees are always polite, and I am in and out. To avoid crowds, I go early in the morning or right before the close. All of my shipments arrive to their destinations timely. Great service!

  I’ve been coming to this location for about five years now, and the service has always been exceptional. I honestly should have written this review a long time ago. The staff is consistently helpful, courteous, and welcoming. I’ve seen several staff changes over the years, and each new associate has maintained the same level of great service. Leadership is also extremely responsive whenever there is a concern. Even when they are short-staffed and the lines are long, they work hard to take care of everyone. There’s a reason this location stays busy. People keep coming back because the service is excellent. I’m also glad they close on federal holidays. The staff deserves the break! 😊
