  Important information re: notary services. Was in the area and stopped in to inquire about getting some documents notarized. Was informed that they only offer notary services from 9am-10am on weekdays. When I said that wasn't a big window, employee snapped that we were lucky this location even offered it because most don't. I pointed out that their website very clearly stated that they offered this service, but didn't include any information about the very limited hours. Employee just shrugged. Honestly, with only offering these services one hour a day, this business should either indicate their ridiculously short hours on their website or remove the notary services as an option altogether. I would recommend visiting another location (like the very friendly and effective Croton location) instead.

  Does not open a 7:30 am as stated on Google, it opens at 8 am. *edit: it's over a week later and the hours haven't been updated. The store hours aren't posted anywhere in/out of the store either.

  Such a neat, clean, fresh looking, cool on a hot day, friendly store. On a Sat morning, not much of a line, returned my Amazon package very easily and left. Highly recommend. ❤️

  Quick and easy. Went in for a package drop-off, had my label pre-printed, front desk scanned my box, grabbed my receipt and left - all in under a minute.

  I won a rare antique item at an auction house (One Benefit Shop) that lists this UPS Store as one of their third-party shippers. I paid the UPS Store 5527 (owner "Frank") $60+ to pick up, package, and ship the rare antique to me. After 11 days when I had not received tracking information or the item, I followed up to learn that Frank had shipped the item to another person in their system with my same name. Frank flippantly said he would refund my money and what I paid for the item to the auction house. He did not even offer to try to retrieve the rare antique item that was worth much more than I paid. He only offered to do this after I got very upset and then he acted like I was asking for too much and that I should have just been satisfied with the refund. Hard to believe an owner would be this careless and unconcerned about the level of service. I use UPS Stores all over the country and they are great. This is just one bad store. Avoid at all costs!
