- JMJaysha MonroeApr 1, 20265.0Today was our first time in this town and Ms. Cheryl was such a delite. While we waited our turn in line she helped each person selflessly and courtesly. We didnt know how to print from the phone and she explained it so clearly and professionally without making us feel silly for not knowing how to do it. The world definitely needs for cheryls! Would return 10 more times just because of her!

- MWMegan WaltonFeb 12, 20261.0The woman who works here with the scary blue eyeliner is one of the most rude and mean people I've ever come across in a retail store. She clearly hates her job, every time I have come here she is clearly pissed off about something, short, annoyed, and clearly taking it out on the customers. Today I had to return two sealed boxes that came as one order from Amazon so there was one return label for the two (2) boxes which was specified on the receipt. She INSISTED I needed to OPEN BOTH BOXES and repack them both together into ONE BOX? These are two separate items, two cat tree poles that did not fit my house, and I never opened the second one, and resealed the first one. The other employee who was a very nice man wearing a blue hat helped me and taped the boxes together so that the driver wouldn't separate them, as she stood at the other register threatening me and making disgusting remarks to other customers about me who then joined in on threatening and harassing me. I left the store crying and still never got proof of my return. I will absolutely take legal action against this store if my packages are tampered with the way I suspect the female employee will do in order to further retaliate. Disgusting behavior truly.
