  We’ve been coming to this Wingstop for a long time because we enjoy the food, but unfortunately the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff often handles takeout orders carelessly. Sauces, containers, and food are thrown into the bag, and our orders frequently arrive messy, with sauce spilled everywhere. Another issue is that this location never gives the full receipt. They intentionally tear off the bottom portion where customers can leave feedback or complete the survey. We’ve visited other Wingstop locations, and they always provide the complete receipt, so this seems to be specific to this store. On top of that, when the survey offers free fries as a reward, this location doesn’t honor it and instead makes customers pay for the fries. The food is usually good, which is why we keep coming back, but the customer service and lack of professionalism really need to improve. I hope management addresses these issues because customers deserve better.

  The people working here are truly terrible; they treat customers and delivery drivers very poorly. Everyone comes here as a paying customer, so it is not acceptable for staff to shout at people or tell them they can simply cancel their order—especially when it is an order I have already paid for. I hope you rectify this issue and learn to treat people with respect.
