  worst service over the phone not even try it , its a waste of time , they can use some training on customer service or simply not answer the phone but instead they let you waiting until you give up and hung the phone

  I had one of the most frustrating experiences trying to replace the windshield wipers on my mom’s Volvo. I bought a set elsewhere that claimed they fit, but after spending way too much time trying to install them, I finally gave up and headed to Advance Auto Parts. Gabriel V immediately took the time to look up the correct wiper sizes, walked me over to the options, and helped me choose the best set for the vehicle. What really impressed me was that he and another team member didn’t just point me in the right direction—they both came outside and installed the wipers for me. They made sure everything fit correctly and worked perfectly before I left. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Gabriel went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help. What could have ended as an incredibly frustrating evening turned into a great experience because of him and his coworker. Thank you, Gabriel, for taking the time to help and for providing the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have employees like you. I truly appreciate it, and I’ll definitely be returning for my future automotive needs.
