  The girl working there had a major attitude the entire interaction. I was shipping a very expensive tennis bracelet back to my jeweler for repair and wanted to buy a box for extra protection. Instead, she told me it was covered and took my jewelry box from me. The whole exchange felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. My package is insured, but if that bracelet doesn’t make it to my jeweler because of this nonsense, I’ll be speaking with a lawyer. When you’re dealing with something worth thousands of dollars, that’s not a risk I’m willing to take.

  Paid for and was promised next day delivery, but package took 3 days instead of 1, and no partial refund is coming. Not really the fault of this location, more of a problem with FedEx policy that even if you pay for 1-day delivery and it takes 3, they will give no refund at all, not even partial. I'll not be shipping with FedEx anymore, and if you want overnight service, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Again, the folks at this location were fine, but I don't know where else to post a general review. If I'd been given at least a partial refund, since I didn't get what I paid for, I wouldn't be posting this, because I understand that sometimes reality gets in the way of overnight delivery.
