  I was there earlier today. I think the young guy’s name is Connor if I’m not mistaken either way, he helped me find a couple things to takeoff a strip bolt to my oil pan. I ended up buying a bolt extractor set that he was showing me, unfortunately they weren’t the proper sizes but the one and a half inch piece worked perfect from that set. I was working all night trying to get the bolt off and I couldn’t it was stripped because of a mechanic so now me using this took that bolt right off he got me the right size new bolt to put in and it all worked out flawless so I really wanna give that man his flowers? I truly appreciate him very very much and I hope he knows he made my day much better. I don’t usually write reviews and when I do, it’s not really detailed, but that man definitely saved my day. I look like a superhero in front of my kids so thank you for that.

  I went to this store on 9/2/2017 at 12:30pm. I was told to go there from one of their stores located on 5 Corners. I needed paint for a scratch on my car and was told this store can match my paint color exactly. Wonderful I thought.. I got there about 12:30 pm. 3 guys behind the counter and 3 customers no one waiting but me now. I waited for my turn. One customer left which meant it was my turn. The older man asked me how he can help me and I told him about the paint. WELL he said it is a wait on Saturday because they are so busy..LOL. So he took phone calls that came in way after I have been there standing. I waited for him to take those calls. Finally my turn.. 30 minutes later..BUT what he does he do he left me to help the other employee. The other guy also older could not find a part for 2 men customers. As soon as the older guy went over he found the parts located at the other store. I figured finally I get waited on Noooooo this older guy stayed with those 2 guys and finished the order.. So that left one employee free but nooooo he stood there and watched the older finish his order for those 2 guys. I spoke up and said can't one of you wait on me!! I was told no by the older man. He said he would have to do the paint match on my car .. Okay so why can't you do that. He was busy.. Meanwhile another guy comes in see how things are going he left the store.. So it was just me and the 2 guys and 3 employees.One employee was working from the back of the store to the front ..So I waited for about 10 minutes more. He had to finish the 2 guys order then he had to make a phone call to that store to hold those parts.....just about then I had it. I was in a lot of pain (Oh I have a disability). I left after 45 minutes.. The 2 older men working at 12:30 pm on 9/2/2017 need to be fired! Such awful attitudes. They have no idea how to work efficiently or maybe they are just stupid. But they have people walking out .. That is money out of the door.. I will never go back to them and I will tell everyone to stay away. The store was never busy at all. Just me and those 2 guys the parking lot was empty.. That old man thought he was busy.. He needs to be fired I guess he is the only one that can do the paint color.. Just disgusted by his attitude which other employees seem to have as well. They must have learned it from him. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
