  Went today and looked as if a customer and his kid were inside, but no workers in sight, doors locked, and the customer and his kid just staring at me from the inside. Actually kind of sketchy, and definitely a code violation. They charged me for a sub online but the place was locked up. I had to initiate a chargeback as they have now refused a refund, and only offered free sub coupons. Usually the food is good but service is eh. Especially when you pay and don’t get anything for it.

  Terrible service. No hello and didnt speak a word until check out. Maryann was miserable working there. Was going to ask for cookies to be warmed up but I just wanted to get out of there. There was no lids or straws for drinks. She forgot bacon on one sandwich after being asked multiple times, she put 3 pieces of spinach on the sandwiches and sprinkled minimal toppings on the rest. Very disappointed sandwich!

  This Subway needs new management to come through and clean up. My latest visit was 6/5/26. They had two people working, one extremely slow sub maker and the other walked around with a tablet. There was a couple people ahead of me and people behind me and she couldn't put her tablet down to help the slow sub maker? The (4) people behind me ended up leaving. It wasn't even 4:00 pm and they had two types of bread, and they were out of various toppings. Not to mention the lettuce looked a day past due. This is not the 1st time. I only go to that location for my 88 yr old mother who lives on the south side. This subway is in a great location near a hospital and other medical facilities. That place could be a gold mine if it was run properly.
