Paid for cellular service and now I don't have any cellular service on my phone, can't make any calls or text, but I guess its okay because I switched to different carrier with better service

After talking to 5 customer service reps on the phone, we decided to head to this store to see if they could solve our problem. In 10 mins, the salesman was able to fix our issue. He was very friendly and knowlegable. Thank you!
