  Today, I came in and bought a new battery, and when I asked if they would install it for me they were nothing but helpful. Jeff informed me to keep my receipt safe in case I needed to do a return and also stated that because of it being so hot outside to keep the receipt in a cool dark place so that the ink doesn’t disappear. Which is probably not something I would’ve thought of otherwise, it was great of him to remind me. The manager Brad came out to help me with the installation and when he did he discovered that the terminals to my current battery were not tightened properly. Brad then not only checked my battery and found that it was working at 100% but explained to me how and why I was told by another company I’d need a new battery to begin with. Not to mention this was during a blistering 95 degree day. He was so helpful, he could’ve made a sale but instead he treated me with respect and honesty. Brad and the assistant manager Jeff are so kind and I am lucky to have walked into their store instead of another. I may have saved some cash today but will definitely be spending it at their store in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

  I found a deal for paint pen so I ordered online, and called the store to confirm that they had it so I don't waste a trip. So I drive out to the store and guess what, they didn't have it. Very disappointing and I will note that the associate had very little understanding of how automotive paints work in general. I bet I'll need to call again for them to cancel the order (which they promised would be auto cancelled).

  We needed to replace the battery on our vintage Hudson and when I took the old battery in, there wasn't the exact replacement available. The store manager went above and beyond doing research, even asked the operations manager some questions. In no time a new battery was being carried out to my car. The whole customer service experience was the best and I would recommend this store to others. Thank you for all the help!
