  What a waste of time. Came at 5:18pm today, a Saturday, and hours state open until 5:30pm. They were already close. Me and 2 other people all trying to get in to get errands done. I had the label on the box, only needed them to scan it in.

  This is the best place to mail anything. They are always so friendly and helpful here. I'm not receiving anything to post this review - they are just so helpful, I'm compelled to leave them this review. I will continue to come here over any other shipping store.

  From the moment I walked in, the team went above and beyond. The staff here are not only professional—they’re genuinely kind, patient, and attentive. Whether it’s shipping something important, notarizing documents, printing, or handling returns, they treat every request with the same level of care. What impressed me most was how efficient they are—even when the line gets long, the staff keeps everything moving smoothly without ever compromising service quality. Highly recommended!

  I live really close to a UPS store (two minute walk) but ultimately decided to drive to this one because of the reviews. Needless to say, my return was processed within minutes without any hassle—just like the other reviews claimed. However, the staff isn’t as friendly as other reviews make them out to be. They’re really efficient though so that’s what matters :)
