  Best UPS store. Friendly and professional. I am usually in and out in seconds unlike the USPS. The workers are engaged and don’t look like they hate their job unlike the USPS. Basically the total opposite of the USPS on bell.

  Love this location!!! The staff are amazing, quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We use the Notary Public and it's just so convenient. Perfect for free amazon returns as well!!!

  This particular UPS Store deeply disappointed me, and I cannot recommend them for handling important shipments. I shipped 7 boxes of the same product to the same address. Three boxes via Next Day Air and four boxes via Ground. After the UPS Store scanned them and confirmed receipt, two boxes intended for distribution at a convention were "lost." This store blames the Maspeth hub for the loss. Maspeth hub blames the store. Essentially, I have been getting the runaround from UPS for over one week! After consulting with a lawyer, I am filing a lawsuit against this location and the Maspeth hub for loss/theft of thousands of dollars of merchandise. If you live or work near Bayside and choose to use UPS, I highly suggest using BB's Packaging and Shipping on Bell Blvd. They ship using virtually every shipping service (FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.), and the manager, Steve, is polite, accurate, and trustworthy. I have NEVER had a problem shipping from there! I will NEVER, EVER use this UPS Store again, nor will I use UPS to ship anything until I prevail in the upcoming litigation!
