  I have had Allstate auto insurance for a number of years, and I have never had any problems or complaints about the service I have received from Allstate. They have consistently responded to claims in a prompt and efficient manner, and they have reimbursed me when I have had to have my car towed. Their rates are reasonable, and the app is helpful.
