  We have had great staff experiences on and before our stay. After making the reservations in the app I called and spoke to Chris. He was very helpful in making sure that 2 of our 4 rooms were connecting to make visiting and seeing family easier. We really appreciate this. On check-in Edres was SUPER helpful in getting our information updated in the computer from where I didn't enter it all doing the electronic check-in. Through several trips to the lobby with questions and requests he was always pleasant to interact with and extremely helpful. Kudos to these staff for making great impressions about your establishment.

  Edres is phenomenal and made sure my stay was amazing from the moment I checked in. He brings great energy and vibes and has a very likable personality. He answered and brought out every request I asked for. He makes sure that I have everything I need before he leaves and even gives me a call to my room if there's anything else he can do to be of any help. He also recommended me to go to certain restaurants around the area which were very very delicious by the ways and he even showed me directions how to get to the city without even me asking about it. And guess what, I sure did take his advice and don't regret it. My stay here has been amazing, I look Forward to coming back here again and seeing Edres or Eddie again at the front desk! He's cute too he has a great smile!

  Only stayed for one night while in town on business. Booking and check in was super easy and front desk person was nice and very helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. AC worked well (no controls on AC), shower worked fine. Older building, but it worked fine for my purposes. Only dinged one star due to breakfast meat was corned beef hash and was not great. Connecting room was kind of loud as the couple in the room over talked loudly when i was trying to go to bed but they stopped shortly after so it was fine but if you have a noisy neighbor it can negatively impact you.
