You can't cancel in the app, you have to call. Except their listed phone number is wrong so you can't call them either. I sent a message through their customer service webpage but never got a response there either. So they took my money and quite literally ghosted me.

This store used to be horrible but now they have new staff and they are friendly, would give 5 stars if they brought back mozzarella cheese

Visited 3/22/23 around 9am. The employee working was very rude. She acted like we were bothering her. We ordered steak egg and cheese Flatbread. She toasted it bur, when we sat down to eat it everything was still cold. I went to the register to let her know even shouted hello and she never came out of the back room. We were there waiting for our car to get fixed about an hour and we never saw her the whole time we sat there. She also charged me 6.00 each for an extra tray of steak on each sub. So 2 large Flatbread breakfast sandwiches and 2 small drinks was 40.00. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. HIRE DECENT WORKERS WHO ARE NOT RUDE.
