  I went in during a crazy windstorm and there were 2 female employees present. I quickly picked out two phones and the employees worked together very well to assist me.

  Excellent customer service. I upgraded to new phone from a flip phone. I had several questions in how to use the phone. I was pleased with their help. I would buy another phone and would recommend buying a phone plan from cricket in Batavia.
