I ordered two Philly Steak Subs they piled on the peppers and onions and the peppers and onions weren't even cooked they were hard as rocks and I've never tried to chew something so tough from a restaurant this is the first time I've done Subway in a long time I will definitely never do it again

I absolutely love this place, I order the same sandwich every time and it is always perfect. This place is definitely better than some other subways i’ve been to.

Get you employees in check bro, like everytime we ask for anything WE CANT WE CANT WE CANT LIKE BRO WHY ASK EMPLOYYE NAME IS RY LIKE NEXT TIME DONT ASK, SHE WAS VERY RUDE VERYYY RUDE! and skimmed out on all of the food in it, like there supposed to be a wrap/pocket not a dr Seuss book, we paying 6$ for that for what, for what its paper thin!! I asked for extra pickle! And nothing on there menu says UNCUSTOMIZABLE!

Took an hour to get 2 subs , had to ask them to even make them from online. Then when they started to make it the worker went on break. Edit- younger worker who made my sub was new and left behind by the other worker who went on break. He was nice to deal with. I was hangry when I left the review but don’t want to get him in trouble
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. They were advertising a meal deal $6.99 both inside and outside this restaurant, but when I tried to order it, they refused to honor the deal and instead charged separately for each item that was supposed to be included.
The 6.99 meal deal which is the sandwich of the day with a small fountain drink and chips or two cookies.
I order a 6 inch with two cookies with of course the included fountain drink.
I asked how much was a single cookie to add on/purchase. She said $1.19. I said great I'll take another one.
Why was my total $11.74? It should be around $8 and some change. Which then the employee who made the sandwich and rand me up yelled and argued that I was wrong. Realizing I wasn't. The the other employee there ( two females) who I thought was coming to help her also came to argue with me telling me I should know how things work there and on the app. That they don't function like "other" subways. I do not work for subway to know how "they work" or how theirs does. I'm just a customer trying to give them some business. It was unbelievable how extremely rude and unprofessional they both were considering the situation and their wrong. When I questioned the pricing, they raised their voices and argued with me, insisting that I was wrong and that they don’t honor that meal deal at their location—even though it was clearly being promoted on-site both inside and outside their window.
I asked for a refund because I was charged. I did not leave with anything and they said I was refunded but couldn't provide me with a receipt when I asked for one. One employee kept yelling "call Angel call Angel". I will check in a few days if my money was indeed refunded back to my card.
Nevertheless be cautious when ordering here and before making your payment.
If a deal is being advertised, it should be honored, or at the very least clearly explained in a respectful way. The lack of consistency and poor customer service made for a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning and hope to see my refund.
