  I've been to a lot of subways, but this one was the worst. The bread was as hard as a rock, (Not even edible) the chicken doesn't get warmed up because "it's already cooked and it's good cold". Sandwiches with bacon get the "oops I forgot about the bacon". I definitely returned an inedible sub without a refund.

  This subway by far was the worst I’ve ever been to!!! the customer service was terrible , my sub was so soggy , all the veggies are not fresh. It’s disgusting never again

  My son loves Subway. Good place for fast food subs if that’s your thing. The women who work in Baldwinsville deserve a medal. They are very efficient and polite.
