I Placed an app order and it deducted the $ from my account said pick was ready at 11:50am. I Arrived at Subway and they rudely told me no order and I would have to wait. Repeated my name 6x and the 3 employees were utterly clueless. As they continued to ignore me and take on other walk in customers orders. I was rudely told oh well file a complaint with my bank for the $ back. Well what about my lunch? They could have cared less. They stood there all of them dumbfounded and took on more orders. Crazy how customer service has gone to hell. The manager did say this has happened to 2 others today. Too bad my office goes here daily and the way I was treated today. The business is lost.

The last 2 times in the north st store I scanned my app to receive my $2 off a foot long sub and I was told it would not work because it was for online ordering I’ve been using that store for years but the employee was rude that next time I tried using the get a foot long sub for the stated reward and again I was told that it was for online ordering no where does it state that and again I was talked to by a rude employee. I’ve been using the subway app for years but because of the rude employee bad customer service I will not be going to subway anymore and that’s to bad because I have about $100 in gift cards that I will never use again
