I shop online and address it to my apartment. UPS never takes it there and brings it instead to this store, where they charge $5 to pick it up. Doesn’t matter if I’m home or not. I’ve never requested my items to be held at a store. There’s plenty of honest ways to make 5 dollars!
Horrible service, they are not prepare or don't have enough people for a busy day. Not patience, and not attentive scanning the labels, went to return a few items and they mixed up the labels and ended messing the items, they were grabbing my phone and randomly scanning things while I was grabbing the items. Harry was trying to be funny when I told them that they messed with the return and ask me to fix the problem...
I was provided only one shipping label and needed my package to be repacked. I offered to pay for the repacking service, including the tape and materials, but the employee refused and told me to purchase tape elsewhere and repack the item myself.
This was frustrating because repacking services are commonly offered for a small fee. I previously worked at a UPS Store, where customers could pay a nominal charge for tape and repacking when needed. Instead of helping or offering a paid solution, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful.
As a result, I had to leave the store and buy tape elsewhere before returning to ship my package. Overall, it was an inconvenient experience, and the customer service was disappointing.
In addition, I know some stores have different policies… but I’ve been to this store many times and have seen them provide tape or repacking items with a fee…

They charge $5+ for a single print .
And when I declined they seemed upset at me thinking their prices were ridiculous .
Terrible customer service. Don’t send your package there. They always grab and touch your phone with their hands and don’t help you when you really need to pick up a READY status package on the same day. They give you no alternatives except tell you to come pick up your package around closing or come back within 7 days. They claim the package is in ready status when the driver drops off the package. So the store obviously has to scan received for redundancy… but apparently not until around closing. So the dropped off packages are in store limbo for hours - might not even be there, might be lost. Waste of time trying to reason and logic with them why this is just negligent.
I just scan and pack all my Amazon returns now at the kiosk because I don’t even want to interact with them. If I can do that, can’t I pick up my own package from a locker? I can scan my own id for verification or I can even look through a bunch of boxes.
