  Supporting Our Astoria Small Businesses ❤️ As a small business owner myself, I know firsthand how hard it can be to run a business—especially during these difficult times. Today, I stopped into the UPS Store in the Plaza Samir (the owner )was so pleasant and took the time to explain something I honestly didn’t realize: the UPS Store is not owned by UPS. Each location is independently owned, often by a family or small business owner. Samir opened this location in 2020 and has been working hard to run his own local business. It was a good reminder that when we support these stores, restaurants, salons, pet shops, and other local businesses, we are supporting real people and families in our community. So, to all of our Astoria families: please continue to support our small businesses! ❤️ We need each other now more than ever. Shop local, eat local, and support the people who are working hard every day to keep our community thriving. 🐾❤️

  I came here to drop off a package for Amazon returns and the person told me that I cannot ship the product in the package that Amazon shipped me the package in. This place is terrible. I went to another ups on Long Island city and they took the same package without a single issue. ABSOLUTELY AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME

  Terrible service. Was trying to return an item which was packed and the owner said, no, you have to buy my shipping package, like he is upset that people just return it and don't spend

  Usually very nice, but this experience recently was unacceptable.Rude staff. Tried to upcharge An Amazon free return.First tried to charge for tape when they have never asked before, then tried to charge me for a bag they claimed it couldn’t be shipped due to the shipping bag ripped when another UPS store took it out just fine without trying to charge me anything. They should look for a new profession because they are terrible at customer service.
