    Usually very nice, but this experience recently was unacceptable.Rude staff. Tried to upcharge An Amazon free return.First tried to charge for tape when they have never asked before, then tried to charge me for a bag they claimed it couldn’t be shipped due to the shipping bag ripped when another UPS store took it out just fine without trying to charge me anything. They should look for a new profession because they are terrible at customer service.

    I understand they can’t tape everyone’s box, but I had a baby with me and a small box that needed to be taped. I went and bought the tape when I came back. He was very rude. No hello no goodbye and he was yelling on the phone. Overall, very unpleasant experience

    Most UPS stores will let you email a prepaid UPS label to them to print. This one always says their email server is down. Reminds me of how the ice cream machine at McDonalds is always broken. Idk. Guess I should buy a printer.
