Can’t print, printer gives an error and then want to charge me more to do it themselves.

I've been here many times, with mixed results. But the one thing that's clear every time I go is that customer service is not a priority. If you have a question and they don't know the answer, they just tell you to call the 1-800 number instead of lifting a finger to help.

FedEx overnight shipping does not exist for weekend. I sent package in Friday morning at 9am for next day and paid must expensive option 130$ to be next day as they give an option. Package has been delivered in Monday and when I called customer service they said they can't return a money and they DOESNT do weekends overnight shipping. They KNOW that is NOT possible to be delivered and they still keep that option. We lose a few thousand because we didn't have right information . If we knew that they couldn't deliver we would never send it and then we have to wait until it comes because it is important. This has a name and that is FRAUD!!
