    The man who appears to be the owner is shockingly mean. He’s been there for years and must be reading these reviews, but he’s always so short with customers. I wish there was another UPS closer but I have no option but to go this store so I prepare myself to be treated poorly.

    This UPS store is the worst I've been to and that's saying something. It seems their objective is to waste your time and get you to pay for something, anything with your Amazon return. They actually told me that I needed to buy a box to put a box into. If you can opt for any other return or other UPS I suggest that you do so.

    Multiple Amazon return shipments. Finding out Amazon saying nothing received. It's now 5+ different returns I have to figure out order and dates since months ago. Realizing after seeing charges appear on my cc
