  100% the worst subway I’ve ever ordered from. The staff is sullen and rude. They literally act as if you woke them up from a nap and demanded that they to make you a sandwich. She aggressively slapped the meat and cheese onto the bread. The second employee offered to add discolored, wilted, dried out vegetables, and a minuscule amount on condiments. Eat at McDonald’s or Moe’s. Save yourself.

  I recently visited the subway location in Angola off of the I-90 and received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. A girl named Alyssa took care of me and she was extremely rude, rolling her eyes, ignoring my requests for her to change her gloves, it is hard to hear people talking through the masks, I asked her to speak up to which she said “are you f**king deaf?” I will be contacting the store owner as well as the Regional Manager to file a formal complaint because this is absolutely repulsive behavior.

  In an awesome Travel Center between the highways, accessible going West on I90 even though maps doesn't say it is. It tells you to take a long u turn just fyi.
