  This UPS store location is conveniently located. The staff is excellent. They're all very efficient. This is my favorite place to return Amazon items.

  Worst experience for a UPS store. Ever since Chuck left this place has gone downhill. They make you pack your own Amazon returns and tape it up yourself which is fine but not everyone has shipping supplies at home and it’s not like they don’t have 3 rolls of tape hanging on the wall behind the counter. Not very helpful seeing as how this is shipping store? I guess that’s decoration tape they put it up to make it look like they work, when in actuality they just somehow seem to make a new record of how long can a line be in a ups store. I went in today and the woman in front of me asked if they could recycle her left over box since Amazon wants things in bags? She was told “no you have to take it”. So the UPS store just doesn’t recycle….at all? What? Horrible customer service, not helpful at all! If you have to ship something out for the love of God please go to the other ‘Ship and copy’ store on the other side of the plaza. They are so much more friendlier and HELPFUL. This UPS store is abysmal. Read the other reviews! I am not the only one who has experienced this. EDIT: In response to the ups stores comment. If you follow Amazons instructions for returns then why does kohls and every other drop off location do it differently and better than you? The Amsterdam Kohls has literally no room behind that service desk yet every time the associate will, without question, tape up and take my old box. Blows my mind! A retail department store, that has nothing to do with shipping services, does your job better! I suggest this store’s Manager takes the time and READS through the other reviews and work on your customer service. Or call Chuck and ask him how he ran this store before you took over because honestly I’m never coming back. Always a line, rude employees, and wants to charge you for using packing tape?!? Taping up a box and breaking down an old box for a customer is not asking for a lot. Little things make a big difference.
