Stopped by today to buy a new phone it is 3:40 and the door is locked with a sign that says be back soon. There were 2 other people waiting and said they had been there fire almost 15 minutes. No way to run a business!!

We sat outside the store for 45 minutes waiting for someone to be available. Called, no answer. Faded hand written sign saying "be back soon ty" This used to be a business, feels more like it's becoming a free for all.

I really needed a lot of help after buying a new phone. The manager Shawna couldn't have been more helpful. She had the patience of a saint dealing with a senior like myself!
